01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v12my ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the v12my website located at https://v12my.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on v12my, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the v12my platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player to access the v12my platform and its services.
• "Balance" — the total of real money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by v12my to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real money funds from a Player into their v12my Account using an approved payment method.
• "Platform" — the v12my website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications and services operated under the domain https://v12my.cam.
• "Services" — all gaming, sports betting, live casino, and ancillary services made available through the v12my Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of eligible real money funds from a Player's Account to their nominated payment method.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on v12my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. v12my strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals below the age of 21.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by law as applicable to you personally.
3. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using an Account.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of v12my or any associated entity.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from the v12my Platform or have had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

04 Account Registration

To register an Account with v12my, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. v12my employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor allow any third party to access or use your Account. v12my will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials.

You agree to notify v12my immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Deposits & Payments

v12my accepts deposits via a range of approved Malaysian payment methods. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX (via all participating Malaysian banks)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank — direct bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the MYR-equivalent value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. v12my does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR deposits.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is RM30. Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

v12my reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in frequency, size, or source, and may request supporting documentation as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of eligible real money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. v12my does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Indicative withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer — typically 15 to 60 minutes

Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. v12my does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking partners.

Withdrawal requests may be withheld or delayed where a Player's account has active wagering requirements on bonus funds, where KYC verification is incomplete, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity on the account.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

v12my offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses on v12my include:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, or IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, specific slots) may contribute differently to wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as specified in each offer. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus credit not used within the stated timeframe will be forfeited.
• v12my reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the suspension or closure of the relevant Account(s).

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on v12my are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

v12my uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all relevant games. RNG certification is conducted by independent auditors, and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the expected long-term return to the Player over a statistically significant number of rounds.

Regarding sports betting: odds are updated in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. v12my reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction or odds error.

v12my covers sports including but not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton, e-sports, and other major international sporting events.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the v12my Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any other point.
• Using another person's payment instrument or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the Platform to gain undue benefit.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including matched betting with promotional funds against external positions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

10 Responsible Gambling

v12my is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We provide the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered Players via account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for a chosen duration.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — close your account permanently and opt out of all future marketing communications.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the v12my Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the arrangement thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of v12my or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of v12my.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v12my and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses.

v12my does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical disruptions may occur.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit v12my's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Termination

v12my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable deductions for breach-related losses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which v12my holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

v12my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players by email or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the v12my Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as set out in Clause 13.

The version of the Terms published on the v12my website as of the date shown in the "Last Updated" header above is the version currently in force.
